Rain ,Rain and more Rain

In the southeast Louisiana area we have had a record amount of rain fall for ANY month since records have been kept ,the only problem is that it has all come in the last 10 days(over 20 inches).A lot of people have been caught off guard,no amount of food in the house ,no gas stored for extended generator use,etc. It makes for a pretty miserable time if you don't have it together.Lucky for me I've been busy getting my preps up to snuff so I just kicked back and waited for the water to drain off. A perfect lesson why you need to be prepped at all times because unlike a Hurricane sometimes you never see it coming till it's to late to move.....................Prep on..................
